make a correction, etc., the Company shall notify the User without delay.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
1. If the User requests the Company to suspend or delete the use of the personal information (hereinafter referred
to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the
scope of the purpose of use or has been obtained by illegal means, the Company shall conduct the necessary
investigation without delay.
2. If it is determined that it is necessary to comply with the request based on the results of the investigation in the
preceding paragraph, the Company will suspend the use of the personal information without delay.
3. If the Company suspends the use of the personal information based on the provisions of the preceding
paragraph, or if the Company decides not to suspend the use, the Company will notify the user without delay.
4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of the use would be costly or it would be
otherwise difficult to suspend the use, and if alternative measures are available to protect the rights and
interests of the user, the Company will take such alternative measures.
